The chemist (el químico) Antonio Iturarte beguile his wife whit a night life woman, Raquel, who hide many secrets… Into this mislead, he purchases to his ill wife Elena one statue, “the knelling goddness”, his paramour as a model! But even she tried prevent and lose him to his own sake, obsessed, agree divorce the sick Mrs. Ituarte, who dies on the nex days… After many turns on the scheme, not everything will be as it appears… A wonderful story!
